Returns & Exchanges

At Social Goods, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
